Okay, there is a difference, for we are trying to make this RP as real as it can get....
You can't magically switch pokemon, especially if you are in the middle of a valley, or stream, you have to be at a town. Also, you need to roleplay yourself at the two using the PC to switch pokemon.
When you have pokemon that are out with you, put them in your signature, making sure they are side by side. Also, in your storage, be sure to put alittle note that they are currently out with you... An example of this can be found here.
I am sure some of you are also aware that every pokemon can't be out with you. Well, you are right, only six of your pokemon can be out with you. However, this doesn't mean you can only own six pokemon at a time, you can have as many as you want, just be sure to keep them in your storage unit if you have six pokemon out with you.
