Well, what can you do with these "pokeballs"? Well, they have a few, very useful, uses. Make sure you remember all of these, for, they may come in handy in the future...
For Battle: Let's say you meet a random stranger, and battle. Their Eevee completly drained your Shroomish of its energy, so now, you must pay them because they won. Everytime you lose, you pay the winner two pokeballs. To pay the winner, you have to post here.
Catching Pokemon: Let's say you are walking through a forest, and all of the sudden, alittle Bellsprout jumps out at you, and you don't have a Bellsprout yet... are just going to scream and flee the scene shouting for mercy? Or, are you going to take out one of your pets and battle the Bellsprout so it becomes weak, and then capture. Yeah, that sounds like a better idea, doesn't it? Pokeballs can also be used to capture pokemon, if anything, that's how you should use pokeballs for...
Currency: Basically, you can trade pokeballs for almost anything, except for one thing... more pokeballs. So, lets say someone has an Eevee for sale, you can bid with pokeballs, perhaps they are selling a really rare pet, then you can trade them, alot of pokeballs! Or, if someone has a contest, you can trade them... you guessed it, pokeballs.
To get Pokeballs: Well, you can buy pokeballs [from the store] in two ways, trading posts or trading karma. 1 post will be able to buy you two pokeballs, but, you have to buy them. And, don't forget, after you get them, you can buy other types of items...
